SUMMER TRAINING:
The upcoming season is from the end of September until April at Sulphur Point. This is for our team training when we undertake our own coaching sessions.
While our team trains 3 times a week we appreciate not everyone is able to attend all practices – sometimes life gets in the way, however, we would like members to attend at least twice a week if possible.
Our training times are:
Monday: meet 5.30pm, on the water 5.45pm – 7pm
Wednesday: meet 5.30pm, on the water 5.45pm – 7pm
Saturday: meet 7.30am, on the water 7.45am - 9.15am (followed by coffee for those interested)
WINTER TRAINING:
Starts April through to September.
This is Club training and is not compulsory. It is an opportunity for those keen to continue paddling through the winter months to keep up fitness and friendships. There are also fun regattas held monthly for those interested.
Training times:
Saturday: Meet 9am, on the water 9.15am - 10.15am
