Elisa Lee Cup

“Elisa Lee was a member of the successful Korean team that won the world table tennis championships in 1973. She is now a member of parliament in Korea who endeavors to promote table tennis and integration between the Korean community and the local community through some friendly competition. This is the first Elisa Lee Cup in NZ, and will run in succession with the Elisa Lee Cup in Sydney which is in its 7th year since inception. There will be players (non professional) from Korea coming to participate in this tournament.

This tournament was sponsored by Nittaku, who generously supplied prizes for all events.”
