Nelson Shroomery grow grey and pink oyster mushrooms all year round and have some enoki mushrooms in the winter.

They also sell small and large grow bags so you can grow your own oyster mushrooms. 

This business is run by a young and super enthusiastic couple and you won't find anyone more helpful than Eden who attends the Nelson Farmers Market. She is so genuine, helpful and knowledgable.
