Athletics

Athletics commences in T1 with Junior prelims on Wed 7th Feb and Senior prelims on Fri 9th Feb 2018. These take place during the school day (Periods 2,3 and 4) and more detail will be given to students during Wk1.

Inter-House athletics takes place on Thu 22 Feb and from there we will select a team to represent Wairarapa College at the Inter-Collegiate Athletics to be held at the Masterton Athletics Club (Sports Bowl) on Thu 1st Mar.

Athletes will then have the opportunity to compete in Regional, North Island and National Champs during T1 and T4.

The Teacher-in-Charge of Athletics is Mrs James, a member of the PE Department.
