Junior Hockey opportunites: 

Every season there are several different ways juniors can choose to experience hockey through Te Kiri Hockey Club. 

Winter Hockey:

In Term 2 and a short time in Term 3 we enter teams into the Central Junior Hockey competition in Stratford on Saturday mornings.   

Summer Hockey at Auroa:

In Term 4 we will again run a local summer social/family hockey leuge at Auroa School.  Keep an ear and eye out for further details on this closer to the time.

Games:

All games are played at the TET Multisport Centre in Stratford on Monday nights in Term 2 and the beginning of Term 3.  

Trainings:

These are held at Auroa Schools artificial playing surface on Thursdays

Times:  Years 2-6: 3:30-4:30pm  Year 7 and 8:  4:30-5:30pm

Fees:

These can change from year to year but for the past two seasons these have been:

Year 1 and 2: $32

Year 3 and 4: $37

Year 5 and 6: $47

Year 7 and 8: $57

To pay these fees you can either pay cash or cheque to your team manager or put a payment through to the club bank account. If paying online please ensure you put your name and your team name in the particulars.

Equipments and Unifroms:

We supply players with a shirt.  All players need to source thier own black shorts and socks.    All feild players are expected to supply thier own stick, mouthguards and shin guards.  Goal keeping gear is supplied.
