Invercargill Adult Module - Information

Welcome to Touch Southland for a great season of summer Touch - the biggest participation team sport in New Zealand!

We look forward to bringing you a fun, enjoyable and professional summer at the Turnbull Thomson Park competition.

Venue: Turnbull Thomson Park, Invercargill

Games will be played between 6pm and 7.30pm on Thursdays**

Times may change subject to team entries**

Invercargill Adult Module 2024-2025​​ 

Social Mixed, Men’s and Women’s, Business House (Mixed) Competitions 

  • Business House (Mixed) games willl be played at 6pm
  • Men’s & Women’s games will be played at 6.30pm
  • Social Mixed games will be played at 7pm
  • 14-week competition,plus semis & finals First week of games Thursday  17th  October 2024

COMPETITION FORMAT

  • No grading games
  • Round 1- Teams will either be put into even pools or will play a round robin until 12th December 2025  ( depending on number of teams).
  • Round 2 - Teams will move into a top half and a bottom half  and the remainder of teams will play in second division in each grade Mixed, Men's & Women's (if there are enough teams there will be a third division)
  • The competition will take a break over the Christmas period , finishing Thursday December 15th, recommencing Thursday January 9th 2025


  • Semi-finals Thursday 13th February 2025
  • Finals Thursday 20th February 2025  (All teams will play on semi-finals and finals night) 
  • Business House (Mixed Grade), minimum of two female players on field at all times.  This competition is ideally suited for Businesses/Organisations  
  • Business House (Mixed) teams must have a maximum of four male players and a minimum of one male player on the field at all times
  • Social Mixed teams must have a maximum of three male players and a minimum of one male player on the field at all times 
  • Social Mixed teams must have a minimum of three females on the field at any time
  • Fees - $450 per team if paid before the 14th of Octber 2025 
  • 2025 (teams must have a minimum of 12 players, maximum of 16 players registered) 
  • $12 per team payable to the referee at the start of each game
  • Teams need to have at least 12 players registered & paid before the first week of competition before they can be entered into the draw ​​​​​​​
