Please note that if you have played for another club within the last five years, you must complete a Player Transfer form and pay the CMSA transfer fee as follows:

Premier Grade $20

All other Grades $10

Reserve Men/ Women $120.00

Division 1 $110.00

U13-U15 $50.00

U11 Rookie $40.00
