The Key Role of the SUPPORT LEADS are to:

*Uphold & Support all Club-lead procedures applicable to each situation or event.

* Deliver support services to all Club Membership Teams & Officials.

* Create a Procedure to enable Support Resources to help grow & develop community participants.

* Provide a Support system that is self-directed in learning & growth.

* Ability to support all development platforms to help enhance & grow a teams progress.

* Implements safe & transparent guidelines for usage of Resources utilized.
