50th Anniversary Celebration: Special Opportunity for U13 Players
In honor of our 50th anniversary, New Zealand Marist Rugby is thrilled to announce an exciting event for our younger players: the U13 Pompallier Shield, serving as a curtain-raiser for the Colts/Development team game against the Canterbury Under-19s in Christchurch on 10th August.
Nomination Details:
We invite clubs to nominate up to three players in the Under-13 grade to participate. Nominations must be submitted by 1st July using the forms available on the Marist website.
Event Schedule:
Selected players will travel to Christchurch on Thursday, 8th August, and stay until Saturday, 11th August. The cost for each player is $1,000 plus GST, covering travel, gear, food, and accommodation.
Event Format:
The event will feature a North vs. South format, combining South Island teams with lower North Island teams due to the number of Marist clubs in the South Island.
