This is an inter-whanau competition, usually run at lunchtimes, but rounds are also dependent on the weather conditions.

2019 RULES:

• Six players per team
  
• At least two juniors and two females
  
• No early pulling
  
• One minute pull time unless one team has passed the advantage mark
  
• First team to win two games wins the match

There will be 2 ropes pulling at a time Rope 1 is closest to A block, Rope 2 is closer to the gym
