Auckland Cricket Association is currently seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to fill the role of Head of Talent and Pathway. This is a pivotal time for Auckland Cricket as we aim to develop a robust talent and pathway system that caters specifically to the needs of the Auckland region.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in spearheading the collaborative development of our talent and pathway framework. As the Head of Talent and Pathway, you will be instrumental in shaping the next stage of our talent identification and development systems. Your strategic input will be key to ensuring that our Performance and Talent programmes become the leading producers of both domestic and international cricket talent.

• Leading the development of quality talent identification and development systems
• Enhancing processes that support individual player development and team performance.
• Creating a high-performance culture that fosters individual growth and team success.
