Life Experience:
- strengthening personal values related to being grateful, sharing and giving
(donating stationery supplies, donating second-hand netball uniforms, donating medical supplies)
- developing an understanding for others
- learning the value of budgeting(earning money over a period of time to achieve a goal)
- taking responsibility to be part of team fundraising, planning, training etc.learning meeting protocol and procedures (taking minutes, setting an agenda, writing correspondence)

iNSPIRE Concept

Relationships:

Team members, regardless of age, organising fundraisers, working as a team, and enjoying the fellowship that netball provides.  Using this opportunity to develop strong, positive relationships with the younger generation.

Donations so we can “give to others”:

Coordinating the donation of second-hand netball uniforms and equipment, medical supplies.

Working with our own schools to support the donation of stationery supplies (used crayons, old library books & readers etc.)

Life Experience

The life experiences that will emerge is important and shows the true spirit of netball fellowship.
There is no long-term tie intended with a particular Pacific Island, although the long-term concept of several trips to the islands is the goal.  Each exchange will be slightly different, although contacts made and lessons learned will allow future exchanges to develop and improve.

It is hoped that the cultural aspect and life experience will create positive spins for media and promotional opportunities.
