There are three lesson plans  available for Tai Chi training These are based on the skill level of the practitioner.

1 - The beginners lesson plan is based on a 2 Disc set teaching format. One DVD contains the complete Taiji qigong in 18 forms and the 10 Movement modified form. It also shows the movements broken into actual lessons that are linked to the second CD which contains text file in the MS Office word format and diagrams of the forms in the PDF format. These have proved to be very helpful in conveying the information in a simple manner.

2 - The intermediate lesson plan is based on the 16 and 24 movement Yang based Tai Chi forms. It builds upon the format of the beginners

3 - Advanced lesson plans are tailored to the requirements and skills base of the practitioner.
These involve the Chen Man Ching Form and the original 108 Step Master Form of Yang Lu Chan the originator of the Yang Family of Tai Chi Chuan.

The advanced material also involves esoteric knowledge regarding moving and stationary qigong meditation practices. These are generally aimed at a harmonious increase in the strength and flow of Chi to improve a sense of wellbeing.

For Wushu training, after learning the Taiji Qigong in 18 forms,  the foundation form Tam Tui fist set is the next progression. This is followed by Tai Chi or other wushu forms such as Northern Praying Mantis and Dragons Fist, or weaponry depending on what the focus is for the practitioner.
